  • 高空作业车的特点

高空作业车是指运送工作人员和使用器材到现场并进行空中作业的专用车辆。
高空作业车行业具有以下行业特点:
(1)多品种、小批量。由于产品需求涉及路灯、园林、电力、石化、通信等行业,产品用途各不相同,对产品的规格、技术参数等指标要求差异较大,行业产品具有专用性强、个性化要求突出、品种规格多、细分市场规模小等特点,每种规格产品的生产批量都较小。
(2)产品具有高技术要求、高附加值的特点。高空作业车产品涉及到汽车、机械、电气、计算机、自动化等众多领域的技术,是典型的技术密集型产品,且客户对产品的安全性和操控性等均有很高的要求,企业须具有较强的研发能力才能满足客户要求。同时产品特别是大作业高度、电力行业特殊需求定制产品通常单台价值高,产品附加值高。
(3)适合专业化的中小企业发展。高空作业车行业具有行业规模小、产品品种多、专用性强、技术含量高、安全性要求高、差异化需求明显等特点,通常只能量身定制,单一规格产品难以实现大批量生产,适合专业化的中小企业发展,而大企业无法作为主导产业投入相应的技术研发资源、市场开发资源和管理精力,行业特点制约了大型企业的进入。例如,我国的徐工集团、中联重科等大企业也于上世纪90 年代中期和本世纪初先后进入高空作业车行业,经过多年的经营,中联重科2013年仅有五种产品公告,年销量在20 台左右,徐工集团年销量仅为20 台左右。国际高空作业车领域,前10 强的生产企业均为高空作业车及相关专用车辆的专业化生产企业。
(4)行业进入门槛高。由于专用汽车归属于汽车产业,我国对专用汽车行业在企业准入、注册资本、外商股权比例以及产品的注册、认证、检验、缺陷召回等方面都有严格的规定。
(5)季节性需求比较明显。高空作业车用户主要集中在电力、市政及园林等行业,受国家行政事业单位及电力等大型国有企业预算管理制度和采购制度的影响,使得高空作业车行业第四季度的发货量约占全年的40%。

Enterprises must have strong research and development ability to meet customer requirements. At the same time, the products, especially the height of large operations and the special needs of the power industry, are usually of high value and high added value.
(3) It is suitable for the development of specialized small and medium-sized enterprises. The industry is characterized by its small size, variety of products, high specificity, high technical content, high safety requirements and obvious differentiated requirements. It is generally only possible to tailor its products to suit the development of specialized small and medium-sized enterprises. Large enterprises can not invest the corresponding technology research and development resources, market development resources and management energy as the leading industry. The characteristics of the industry restrict the entry of large enterprises. For example, China's Xugong Group and China UnionPay and other large companies also entered the air vehicle industry in the mid-1990s and early this century. After many years of operation, UnionPay announced only five products in 2013, with annual sales of about 20 units. Xugong Group's annual sales are only about 20 units. In the field of international high altitude vehicles, the top 10 production companies are specialized production companies for high altitude vehicles and related special vehicles.
(4) The industry has a high threshold for entry. Due to the ownership of special vehicles in the automobile industry, China has strict regulations on special vehicles industry in terms of enterprise access, registered capital, proportion of foreign ownership and product registration, certification, inspection and defect recall.
(5) Seasonal demand is relatively obvious. The users of high-altitude operating vehicles are mainly concentrated in the power, municipal and garden industries. Affected by the budget management system and procurement system of large state-owned enterprises such as state administrative institutions and electric power, the fourth quarter of the high-altitude operating vehicle industry accounted for about 40 % of the year.
